If a member does not receive a ballot in the mail he or she should contact the American Arbitration Association’s duplicate Hotline at 1-800-529-5218 Monday thru Friday 9am to 5pm. This number is only to be used for duplicate requests. Members may also make requests by emailing Sacha Ulerio of the AAA at mailto:ulerios@adr.org. Voters are asked not to call/email for a duplicate ballot prior to September 27, 2022 to allow sufficient time for delivery of all of the ballots.

  The City Council and Mayor de Blasio are very close to an agreement on the City budget. I wanted to let you know as soon as I could that CWA’s contacts are telling us that in this new budget deal, TRAFFIC WILL REMAIN PART OF THE NYPD. Your hard work is paying off: your petitions, your phone calls, the articles we published, have convinced the Mayor and the Council that TRAFFIC SHOULD STAY IN THE NYPD. Of course, we won’t stop lobbying until the deal is 100% final, and NOTHING IS DONE UNTIL IT’S DONE. But we are very optimistic that victory for Traffic Agents and Supervisors is within reach. Thank you for everything you do, and we will keep you posted.
