TEA Level One

NYPD Traffic Enforcement has many duties including directing traffic, enforcing parking rules and regulations. The men and women of NYC Traffic Divisions are referred to as Traffic Enforcement Agents (TEAs) and wear uniforms similar to the uniform worn by School Safety Agents.

TEA Level one (1) focuses on parking enforcement rules & regulations and issuing tickets to those in violation.
